Polynesian Home Tour
Royal Hawaiian Estates, designed by architects Donald Wexler and Richard Harrison in 1960, is one of south Palm Springs earliest lifestyle condo complexes and an exotic Polynesian paradise of jutting gables, outrigger beams and tiki styling. Royal Hawaiian Estates was designed the City’s first residential historic district in 2010. Enjoy the tropical foliage as you stroll from home to home. Take in the stylish ambiance of select units including back by popular demand the home of resident homeowner and artist Shag.
Take special notice of the west pool, it was completely restored with proceeds from last years ticket sales. Proceeds from this year will be used to restore six of our architectural flying 7s.
Thank you for your support in our effort to restore our amazing historic site!
